Macintosh started its business in the Egyptian market in 2011; closing the year with only 4 clients.
Now in 2022, Macintosh celebrated client number 1555 on a long list of clients in Egypt and the Middle East region.
Macintosh is handing you the experience of 9 years of supporting Apple products’ sales and maintenance
alongside with more brands in the field of technical solutions on both corporate and individual levels.
Macintosh started with a small office, but with great ambition for a wide success.
Now, Macintosh has the biggest client base from Egypt and the Arab region working in media and publicity field
helping them helping them to always keep their devices updated and well functioning, which has made Macintosh the market
leader in that technical niche

Macintosh is aiming to be the main IT provider in Egypt for apple and other
products, its maintenance and technical support, and to be the main destination for corporate
technical and cyber security solutions and services. This is planned to be extended through
5 branches in the main cities of Egypt

I passed by Macintosh service center just to get an estimation on fixing my iPhone, they been very nice and checked my phone to let me know that I don’t need to fix my iPhone or replace any parts and just internal cleaning is enough to fix it (Cairo environment is dusty) they refused to charge me for service they even replace the screen protector for free, this is not usual in Cairo to get a service that good and for free in the same time -believe me I had bad experiences- I’m really grateful for them, this center is highly recommended for all your apple needs while in Cairo.
